Description: The exercise and wellness log is created so that
it can printed on two sides in an 8 1/2 x 5" format. Ideally
90 days worth of sheets will be set in a binder. All sheets should
be kept and reviewed at the end of every week. The log will allow
the user and coach to clearly relate what was eaten, when with emotions
or feelings before and helps you recognize how the body feels after the
meal. If the tool is used properly and exercise routines are logged, one
can view daily activity and consumption. This awareness of relationships
between food, movement and feelings will undoubtedly facilitate wellness
management.
