Sometimes the problem or issue posed is very complex and a structured approach can really help reach an optimal solution. I have developed and used this tool to have a relatively straightforward way of working through the issue(s) and have noticed how clients have appreciated the approach. It needs to be incorporated as part of the coaching experience and introduced at the right time to have best impact and effect for the client.
